We are seeking ambitious law graduates (S.H.) with a demonstrated interest and solid foundation in Indonesian civil procedure, commercial dispute resolution, and bankruptcy law.
- › Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university with strong academic credentials (min. GPA 3.30/4.00)
- › Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian
- › Passed the Indonesian Bar Exam (Ujian Profesi Advokat / UPA) is advantageous
- › Strong analytical ability, legal research rigor, and diligence under deadline pressure
Senior Associate – Debt Restructuring & PKPU
An opportunity for an accomplished litigator with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in bankruptcy proceedings, debt restructuring, and corporate commercial litigation.
- › Active PERADI license is mandatory; AKPI certification is highly valued
- › 4–7 years proven litigation experience managing commercial court hearings and creditor meetings
- › Demonstrated track record of drafting complex composition plans and trial briefs
- › Exceptional leadership and junior lawyer mentorship capabilities
Legal Support & Case Manager
We welcome proactive professionals experienced in legal docket administration, court document filings (e-Court), and practice operations to join our legal administration team.
- › Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or related discipline
